Job title:

REGIONAL PLANT CONTROLLER

Core tasks:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of plant requirements for set region, working closely with Site Manager and Contracts Manager to ensure effective productivity.

Co-ordinate and prepare weekly gas oil and diesel for plant and machinery across regional sites.

Work with diesel suppliers for best rates and ensure best possible service level to meet business requirements.

Co-ordinate, oversee and prepare all miscellaneous items for all regional sites including distribution of items across business (Magnus, Lapwing etc).

Co-ordinate and oversee all site mixer requirements under hire desk; ensuring that business processes are followed, and necessary action is taken.

General administration/ office duties to support the Plant department.

Knowledge

GDPR competent.

Proficient with MS office software (Word, Excel).

Previous experience delivering a high-class customer service using product knowledge and expertise to fulfil programme demands.

Skills

Can oversee regional workload - Ability to multi-task department needs, plan and prioritise and shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Can demonstrate methodical administration skills with good attention to detail.
