MECHANICAL HVAC ESTIMATOR - A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic Mechanical Estimator to join a great MEP company in the West Midlands.

Based in the Midlands and operating on a nationwide scale, my client has been delivering M&E solutions for over 20 years covering a wide range of sectors including: distribution & manufacturing, retail, office workspaces, hospitality and leisure. As a business, they are well established within the industry and consistently turning over circa £60m per annum.

As they continue to grow, my client is now seeking a skilled Mechanical HVAC Estimator to join their dynamic team.

The Role:

As the successful Mechanical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in project development and success by providing accurate cost estimations for mechanical HVAC systems. You will collaborate closely with the engineering, project management, and sales teams to assess project requirements, analyse data, and develop comprehensive cost estimates. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that projects are competitively priced, profitable, and executed within budgetary constraints.

Predominantly you will be working on projects valued between £1/2m and £5m. 

As the successful candidate, you will be confident enough to be client facing, the type of person who would grab an opportunity and is motivated and enthusiastic. . 

Salary up to £65k for the right person dep on exp. plus pension and car/allowance.
