Job Title:  Electrical Project Manager

Location: Covering sites in Manchester, Stoke, Warrington & Leeds

Salary: £65k plus car allowance

A great opportunity to join a privately owned, well established M&E Building Services Contractor based in the North Midlands. As a business, my client provides M&E building services design and sustainability advice for a wide range of developments including commercial, office, industrial, residential and medical around the UK. Due to increased workloads, my client is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to assist with projects in the Northwest.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing projects in Manchester, Stoke, Warrington and Leeds. Projects will primarily be commercial and industrial.

Responsibilities will include:

Liaison/meetings with clients, delivery teams and management.
Health & Safety management 
Attending internal progress meetings
Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
Specification and ordering of materials.
Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
Management and briefing of installation personnel.
Resolving installation and access issues.
Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
Programme and project planning
