Salesforce Testing Lead

We are looking for a Salesforce Automation Lead to oversee the testing process for Salesforce applications. This role requires someone who can manage testing projects, communicate with internal and external stake holders and lead the offshore testing teams.

You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of testing activities and maintain high-quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire testing process for Salesforce applications, ensuring everything meets project requirements and deadlines.
• Work with Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders, including customers, developers, and onshore/offshore teams to keep testing aligned with business needs.
• Create and implement test plans and cases for Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring all functionalities work as expected.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to turn business needs into detailed test scenarios.
• Validate data sources, transformations, and processes in the Salesforce environment to maintain high data quality.
• Provide guidance and support to testers, ensuring successful project execution from offshore teams.
• Conduct functional, system integration, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing to ensure smooth system performance.
• Write and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect reports using tools like Jira, TFS, or similar.
• Act as the main point of contact for all testing-related activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and any issues.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software testing experience, with a focus on Salesforce testing and web application testing.
• Native Japanese and fluency in the English language is required.
• Proven ability to work with onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Basic SQL skills Ability to write simple queries for data validation in Salesforce.
