Role Overview:
This leadership role is responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with corporate partners, with a focus on creating a sustainable funding model. The role requires a strategic approach to fundraising, building partnerships, and maintaining a network of corporate donors to ensure continuous support.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the CSR landscape and set strategic objectives for fundraising initiatives.
- Achieve sustainability targets by securing funds from both new and existing donors.
- Formulate strategic partnerships and create a roadmap for long-term sustainability.
- Create and implement expansion plans to increase the organizations footprint in multiple cities.
- Build a robust network of key donor stakeholders, prepare compelling pitches, and develop long-term alliances.
- Negotiate and oversee financial arrangements, donation terms, and timelines with donors.
- Meet individual and team fundraising targets, contributing to overall sustainability goals.
- Play a critical role in fund allocation, major financial decision-making, program management, and grant reporting.
Relationship Management:
- Implement retention strategies to maintain existing donor relationships and increase grant or donation size.
- Act as the account manager for multiple large projects, cultivating strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor program implementation to ensure adherence to donor agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs).
- Drive innovation and sustainability by identifying creative solutions for donor engagement and retention.

- Develop brand visibility campaigns, promotional materials, and advertisements.

Requirements:
- Over 20 years of experience in key account management and partnership development.
- Proven track record in overseeing high-value clients and large-scale programs across diverse regions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver complex projects within deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems and their ongoing maintenance.
- Exceptional networking abilities with a talent for building and sustaining relationships.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
- Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred.
