Primary Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and partners to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication to manage expectations, report progress, and ensure satisfaction.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Oversee data collection, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and metrics to support informed decision-making.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance analytics and project delivery.

Team Management and Activation Support:

  • Assign team members to projects based on skills, experience, and availability.
  • Support project pipeline development and ensure timely activation of consultants for outreach and ongoing work.
  • Work closely with leadership to establish timelines, qualify project activations, and address resourcing needs.

Capacity Utilization and Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor team utilization rates and adjust staffing plans to meet targets.

  • Investigate and resolve deviations from staffing plans, recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.

Talent Development and Relationship Building:

  • Foster strong relationships with team members, leadership, and HR to match skills with project requirements.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development for team members.

Recruitment and Talent Management:

  • Collaborate with HR to communicate in-demand skills and capabilities needed within the team.
  • Stay informed about new hires and integrate them effectively into project pipelines.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in business analytics, operations management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and general business software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple complex projects, meet deadlines, and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Strong ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to frame concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality in execution.
  • Passion for the development sector and the communities it serves.

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Experience with management software and tools or similar systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with reporting and management processes.

  • Prior experience in consulting, data-driven decision-making, and strong project management skills is highly desirable.
