• Ensuring a safer online environment by preventing scams, fraud, and cyber grooming.
• Reviewing content on various social media platforms to ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
• Providing professional and efficient customer support via email and live chat, contributing to an exceptional user experience.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience and foster a positive online community.
• Reporting on emerging trends, common mistakes, and policy violations to your manager, ensuring timely response and adaptability.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
