About the job Social Media Customer Service Assistant (Turkish & English)
Job Location:
- Lisbon, Portugal (Relocation available)
Work Authorization:
- Candidates must be able to work in Portugal legally. (No sponsorship option)
Job Role Summary:
- You will partner with a portfolio of content creators to improve their engagement with the platform.
- The goal is to help content creators get the most out of their channel and have a significant impact on their business.
- English proficiency at a B2 level and Turkish proficiency at a C1 level or native are required.
- Monthly performance bonus to reward outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a consultant to partners to develop and optimize their channels.
- Increase platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features.
- Understand customer needs and connect them to platform features.
- Handle many potential clients through video, email, and phone calls.
- Manage and prioritize your content creator portfolio and follow up on opportunities over several months.
Working Conditions:
- Headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Accommodation options are available from our client.
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a rotational shift pattern.
- Portuguese public holidays apply.
- 22 days of holiday entitlement per year according to Portuguese law.
