Customer Support Representative (BGR Sofia - Advance Business Center, Sofia, Bulgaria)

Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Onsite)
Salary: 1,942 EUR per month
Signing Bonus: 1,022 EUR

Type of Contract: Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 AM (5 days a week, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day; 2 days off)

Requirements:

EU citizenship or Bulgarian residence permit
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
Fluency in both languages written and verbal

Working proficiency in English
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries via multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone)
Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of the brand, delivering excellent service through inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media channels. The majority of your responsibilities will focus on 95% email and chat support, with 5% inbound phone calls.
Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Communication: Handle communications through various channels, including email, chat, and phone support
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, providing solutions or escalating when necessary
Brand Representation: Maintain a professional demeanor and a high level of brand integrity in all customer interactions
