Languages (any of these languages level C1): French, Italian, Dutch, Hebrew, Czech, Polish, Russian, Ukranian, Hungarian, Swahili

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in any of the above languages and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and efficiently manage various tools simultaneously
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to provide the best possible service
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Availability to work in Lisbon, Portugal
