Job Description: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Languages (any of these languages level C1): French, Italian, Dutch, Hebrew, Czech, Polish, Russian, Ukranian, Hungarian, Swahili
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in any of the above languages and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage various tools simultaneously
- A positive attitude and eagerness to provide the best possible service
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Availability to work in Lisbon, Portugal
