Your Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, youll be the voice of global brandsproviding outstanding support across multiple channels: phone, email, chat, and social media. Whether its helping customers with purchases, resolving technical issues, or answering general queries, youll make a real difference every day.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting

• Engaging on multiple platforms: phone, chat, email, and social messaging

• Adapting the brand's voice for different communication styles

• Resolving escalations with professionalism and care

• Documenting customer cases clearly and accurately

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Previous customer service experience (voice, email, chat) a big plus!

• Experience in tech troubleshooting? Even better!

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• A positive attitude and the ability to stay cool under pressure

• Fluent in French, German, Italian, or Dutch, with strong English skills
