Position: Video Streaming Coordinator

Location: Santos- Portugal

Office Location: On-Site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

We are looking for a Video Streaming Coordinator to join our team at a leading video streaming platform. The primary responsibility of this role is to moderate written content to ensure compliance with platform policies.

Conditions & Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary: 18,500 (Project Salary)

• Language: Fluent in German or Swedish + English (B2)

Hiring Details

• German  or Swedish(C2) + English (B2)

• No previous experience required; candidates with a maximum of 12 months of experience in content moderation are welcome.

• Good understanding of KPIs and metrics such as FCR, SLA, and CSAT.

• Ability to understand and adhere to platform policies and guidelines.

For candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal:

• Bureaucratic support to get the NIF and NISS

• Assistance in finding housing according to the needs of the candidate

• Relocation Bonus: 2,500 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle

• Support for Candidates within Portugal (100km away from Lisbon or more): 1,500 gross offered to support relocation within the country.
