Languages Required: Dutch, Ukrainian, Czech, Hebrew, or Slovakian (C1)+ English (B2)
Shifts: 24/7 (3 rotation shifts; night shifts only about 15% of the time, approximately 3 nights per month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review content such as videos, news stories, photos, political ads, and social media profiles to ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Evaluate and score content based on age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
• Identify and report abuses or violations, maintaining a safe online environment.
• Participate in employee assistance programs and training initiatives to foster well-being and professional development.
• Escalate any issues or changes that may impact the moderation process through appropriate channels.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and security measures related to your work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Spend your workday on a computer, thoroughly reviewing and scoring various types of digital content.
• Ensure consistent enforcement of platform policies while identifying subtle differences in content meaning.
• Engage in wellness activities and team-building exercises, including fitness challenges and dance parties!
