What You'll Do:
- Be the Face of Disney: Provide exceptional customer support for Disney’s streaming platform, helping viewers with account management, billing, content navigation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Solve Technical Issues: Assist viewers with system configurations, troubleshooting network settings, and ensuring a seamless viewing experience.
- Moderate the Platform: Ensure Disney’s family-friendly standards are upheld by moderating content, identifying platform misuse, and safeguarding the community from spam, fraud, and other risks.
- Create Magic: Deliver world-class service by addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism, all while helping create magical experiences for Disney fans.

Your Profile:
- Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level) and proficient in English.
- Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Excited to work with one of the most beloved brands globally and help create magical experiences for Disney viewers.
Training and Onboarding:
- Comprehensive Training: 20 working days (160 hours), where you’ll receive in-depth product knowledge, customer management skills, and hands-on experience with the tools and systems used in the role.
- After successful completion, you’ll sign a work contract and officially become part of the Disney team!
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day on rotating shifts and 2 days off (Monday to Sunday) between 08:00 and 00:00. Your shifts will include a one-hour lunch break.
