Cross Border Talents is recruiting for a Streaming Platform Advisor for the Italian Market to work remotely in Portugal.

Position: Streaming Platform Advisor
Location: Remote
Contract Type: 6 months contract ( opportunity of renewal)
Starting Date: 31 July 2024

Shifts:
-Monday to Sunday (including bank holidays)
-07:00 AM 09:00 PM (8 hours per day in rotational shifts)
-️ 2 Days Off: rotational days

Requirements:
️ Italian (C2)+ English (B2)
️ Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
️ Internet with fiber
️ High School Diploma (mandatory)
️ EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card/permit (mandatory)
️ Availability to work in shifts (mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:
-First point of contact for viewers and a critical brand ambassador.
-The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing our client's customers' needs aiming to provide an excellent service.
-️Assist viewers through phone, chat and emails regarding different queries.
-Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality.
-Provide technical support, troubleshooting system configurations, and network settings.
-Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer's inquiries.
-Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
