Cross Border Talents is hiring a Reservations Agent for the Italian market in Mosta, Malta for one of our clients!

Starting date: 28/06/2024

The Reservations Agents will be mainly assisting customers over the phone with every query related to any service the business provides.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Support Agents to join one of our sections in the Rental car industry. Ideal candidates will be given full training and will be assisting customers via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails. The section offers growth in different areas and provides opportunities to those who are willing to learn.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls from the market, whilst converting the maximum number of these calls and enquiries into sales
• Achieve performance targets (sales, call-handling and quality) as set out by the Market Manager and Team Leaders
• Communicate to Team Leaders all relevant customer feedback to facilitate on-going improvements in our service quality and customer experience
• Track all reservations on-request and provide the customer with an effective support
• Working as part of a team and be able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns
• Assist other markets by handling cross-market calls, ensuring that as many calls as possible are handled and converted into sales
• Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

Requirements:

• Italian C1 level + English B2;
  
• Live already in Malta, preferably near the offices in Mosta
• Highschool diploma;
• EU nationality or Malta residence permit
• Technical skills: familiar with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
• Good sales and/or customer service skills from previous job experience
• Excellent communication skills written & spoken in the required language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Word processing skills be able to type 25 WPM
• Flexible to be rostered from Monday to Sunday

Working Schedule and Contract:

• Schedule Monday to Sunday from 07:00-19:00. (8 hours per day;2 days off rotational)
• Basic Salary:
  -1st month of employment ( Training & Practice ) - EUR 880
  -From 2nd month of employment EUR 1196.8 (Including COLA 2023)
  -From the 7th Month of employment EUR 1238.4 (Including COLA 2023)
  -Following an additional 6 months and based on performance - EUR 1313.6 (Including COLA 2023)
• Language Allowance: Italian EUR 600 annually paid in monthly installments
• KPI Performance Bonus-Up to EUR 2,500 yearly this is based on performance and is eligible after 6 months
