About the Role
As an Advertisement Representative for Meta, you will assist small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through chat, email, and phone, providing pre and post-sales support in the digital advertising. Your goal is to ensure a seamless experience for clients by offering solutions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through Metas self-service advertising tools.
Shift Options & Start Dates
Night Shift: Monday to Sunday, 21:00 06:00, 8 hours per day with 2 days off.
Start Date: 05/05

What You'll Do
- Provide customer support via multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
- Assist SMBs in optimizing their digital advertising strategies.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and guide clients through solutions.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) by delivering empathetic and effective service.
What We're Looking For
- Already living in Lisbon
- Fluent English (C1 level minimum) and excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and de-escalate situations.
- A team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Fast learner, able to adapt to new tools and procedures.
- Mandatory: EU nationality or Portuguese residence card.
- High school diploma required
Salary & Benefits
- Total estimated monthly gross salary: 1,237.83 euros

Training Details
- Paid training (15 working days, 8 hours/day in English).
- Training covers product knowledge, customer management, and tools.
