German-English Speaking Customer Advisor Work from Home (Greece)
Remote from anywhere in Greece | 6-month renewable contract | Full-time

We're hiring bilingual Travel & Customer Service Advisors to support a leading travel company from the comfort of your home in Greece.
Your Role:
As a Bilingual Customer Advisor, you'll:

Respond to inbound calls and log inquiries & feedback

Troubleshoot customer issues using open questions and system tools
-
Escalate complaints per internal policies
-
Resolve issues within agreed SLAs across phone and email
-
Recommend solutions to common problems

Maintain accurate customer data in the system
Requirements:

Fluent German (C2 level)
-
Good English (C1 level)
-
High school diploma or higher
-
EU nationality or valid Greek residence card
-
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Problem-solving mindset and a calm, customer-focused approach
