German-English Speaking Customer Advisor Work from Home (Greece)

Remote from anywhere in Greece | 6-month renewable contract | Full-time

We're hiring bilingual Travel & Customer Service Advisors to support a leading travel company from the comfort of your home in Greece.

Your Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Advisor, you'll:

  • Respond to inbound calls and log inquiries & feedback

  • Troubleshoot customer issues using open questions and system tools

  • Escalate complaints per internal policies

  • Resolve issues within agreed SLAs across phone and email

  • Recommend solutions to common problems

  • Maintain accurate customer data in the system

Requirements:

  • Fluent German (C2 level)

  • Good English (C1 level)

  • High school diploma or higher

  • EU nationality or valid Greek residence card

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Problem-solving mindset and a calm, customer-focused approach
