German-Speaking Cruise Sales & Customer Support Representative (Remote in Portugal)

Location: Remote from Mainland Portugal
Start Date: 10 April 2025
Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week with 2 days off
Rotative shifts within the schedule below:
Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h
Saturday and Sunday 08:00h - 17:00h
(Occasionally you must have availability from 08:00h - 19:00h)
Days off: 2 days (rotative)
Salary: 1,100/month (x14 months) + daily meal allowance (7.63 net per working day)
Average Gross Monthly Income (over 12 months):~1,451.19

️ Your Role: 
As a Customer Support & Sales Representative, you will:
-Sell cruise packages tailored to client needs
-Upsell and cross-sell packages and travel-related products
-Support customers and travel agents with bookings and post-booking management
-Provide expert information on destinations, ships, documentation, pricing, and more
-Ensure a high-quality customer experience with attention to detail and professionalism

To thrive in this role, you should have:
-Highschool degree
-EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence permit
-Fluent German(C1) +English (B2)
-Sales experience- is mandatory
-Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
-Proven computer literacy and ability to multitask
-Excellent attention to detail and diligence in daily tasks
-Already residing in mainland Portugal
