 Job Description:

Cross Border Talents is recruiting for a client a Small Appliance Support Consultant for the Italian Market onsite in Lisbon.

Position: Customer Support Representative-Small Appliance project
Location: Oriente, Lisbon
Contract Type: Onsite - 1 year contract
Starting Date: 24 July 2024

Shifts:

  • Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
  • 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (8 hours per day in rotational shifts)
  • Days Off: Sunday and 1 rotational day

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Welcome Bonus: 2000€
  • Salary: 900 per month (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonus: 100 per month (paid over 12 months)
  • Compensation Bonus: 100 per month (paid over 12 months
  • -Daily Allowance: ️ 7.23 per day
  • Transportation Allowance: 20 per month
  • Healthcare: Free from day 1 (fully covered after 6 months)

Relocation package for people abroad:

  • Reimbursement of Airfare: ️ Up to 400 in Economy class on the 6th month of the contract
  • Housing: Apartment room with a rent of 280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)

Requirements:

  •  Italian (C2)+ English (B2)
  •  Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
  • Ability to work on site in Oriente, Lisbon
  • High School Diploma (mandatory)
  • EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card/permit (mandatory)
  • Availability to work in shifts (mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Offer first-class tech support to clients after sales for various domestic appliance brands.
  • Provide customer tech support via phone and email, serving as the client's first point of contact.
  •  Conduct initial diagnostics of client problems using 60 available processes.
  • For more complex issues, escalate to the appropriate department.
  • Continuously work on improving client satisfaction by being proactive during diagnostics, such as using YouTube tutorials for additional support.
  • Communicate with customers by email or phone to provide product information, follow up on orders, handle minor repairs, and address complaints.
  • Use three different software programs during the support process.
    Cross-selling skills are a plus.
