We are looking for a Payment Account Specialist for the Spanish and Catalan market.

  • Welcome Bonus: 1,000

  • 6-Month Renewable Contract

Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish or Catalan-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide expert support on payment transactions, security procedures, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

Working Hours & Location

  • Onsite in Lisbon Candidates must be local.
  • Monday to Sunday - 24/7 Rotative Shifts (including night shifts).
  • 40 hours per week - 8-hour shifts - 2 rotative days off


    Mandatory Requirements
  • C2 Spanish or Catalan speaker + C1 English proficiency (language levels are mandatory).
  • EU nationality or valid Portuguese residence permit (Manifestation of Interest or Residence Permit Card required).
  • Customer support experience in a call center is a must.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.


Salary & Benefits

  • Total Compensation: Approx. 1,098/month (paid in 12 months), including:
    - Base Salary
    - Complexity Bonus
    - Meal Allowance
    - Transport Allowance
  • Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months).
  • 1,000 Welcome Bonus (separate from the monthly salary).
