Responsibilities:

  • ๐Ÿ” Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform, including account support and reports of abusive content.
  • ๐Ÿ“จ Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Use market-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions for community support.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.
  • ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Enforce the companyโ€™s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
  • โฑ๏ธ Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

Experience:

  • ๐Ÿ’ผ Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.
  • ๐ŸŒ High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.
  • ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).

Requirements:

  • ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ EU nationality or Greek residence permit.
  • ๐ŸŽ“ High school diploma.
  • ๐Ÿ•’ Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.
