Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone interactions.
  • Assist customers with flight changes, cancellations, lost baggage, and claims for a leading airline.
  • Communicate with customers across multiple channels.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional, accurate support.

The Ideal Profile:

  • Fluent in French, Italian, German, or Portuguese, with advanced English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in an airline or operations environment is advantageous but not required.
  • Knowledge of booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills; BPO/contact center experience is beneficial.
  • Graduates or undergraduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic contact center environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on issue resolution.
