EU Passport, Portuguese Residency Card, Manifestação de Interesse, Certificate of Protection (eg. Refugee Status).
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Relocation from whole EU)
Position: Hybrid (depends on language)
Your role:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide positive, empathetic and professional customer support as to promote customer loyalty
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately, according to company standards
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires resources
- Receive customer requests, verify and if necessary update customer data
- Work proactively and independently to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
- Native/fluent (C1 minimum) in one of the following languages: French, Danish, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Hebrew, Finnish, Finnish.
- Your English level is B2 or higher;
- Willing to relocate to Bulgaria;
- Customer orientated;
- Positive attitude, highly motivated and strong communication skills;
- Eager to share and learn and exceed expectations at every opportunity;
- Support your team to develop your knowledge;
- Willing to work in a flexible shift system;
