Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Relocation from whole EU)

Position: Hybrid (depends on language)

Your role:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide positive, empathetic and professional customer support as to promote customer loyalty
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately, according to company standards
  • Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires resources
  • Receive customer requests, verify and if necessary update customer data
  • Work proactively and independently to achieve objectives.

Requirements:

  • Native/fluent (C1 minimum) in one of the following languages: French, Danish, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Hungarian, Hebrew, Finnish, Finnish.
  • Your English level is B2 or higher;
  • Willing to relocate to Bulgaria;
  • Customer orientated;
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated and strong communication skills;
  • Eager to share and learn and exceed expectations at every opportunity;
  • Support your team to develop your knowledge;
  • Willing to work in a flexible shift system;
