Cross Border Talents is looking for a Sales Account Manager who rocks in communication and sales.
What will be your mission:
- Perform ad sales to prospects;
- Be an expert in the products and identify the right solution for each client;
- The first point of contact with the client and explain how the solutions can be a plus for the client;
- Manage a full sales cycle since the lead identification to close to achieve sales quotas;
- Utilize sales technology stacks to maximize sales effectiveness and accurately track all sales activity;
- Identify ideal clients to handoff to Account Managers to provide a seamless transition for the client;
- Meet the advertising revenue and sales targets;
Requirements:
- EU passport or portuguese temporary citizen card
- You love and rock at sales and advertising;
- 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing, preferably with an international agency background;
- Strong negotiation skills
- Organized and able to prepare client meetings and impact using data and research;
- Nows of how a marketing/digital agency works
- Perfect written and spoken communication skills in Spanish native and English (B2).
Benefits:
- 10 working days training period paid (total of 185.6);
- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year;
- Permanent contract after 2 years with Private health insurance;
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 (hour of lunch in rotational shift pattern);
- 22 holiday days per year;
- Holiday and Christmas bonuses equal to base salary (14 months salary);
- Food allowance;
- Variable performance bonus up to 500;
