Cross Border Talents is recruiting Customer Advisors (French, Spanish, Portuguese, German or Dutch languages) to work in Lisbon, Portugal.
We are looking for people that love to communicate and are ready for a new challenge! Reallocation is provided for international candidates!
Your Role as a Customer Advisor:
- Represent a worldwide brand;
- Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms;
- Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer;
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
What do you need to have:
- At least C2 of Spanish;
- At least B2 of English;
- Experience in customer/technical support (preferable but not necessary as you will receive training);
- EU passport, residence card from Portugal or Ukrainian refugee certificate.
