Join Our Team as a German Legal Online Operations Analyst in Lisbon!

Were excited to welcome new team members to our dynamic International Hub in Lisbon! This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project that supports a major global online platform by reviewing, analyzing, and acting on reported content.

This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe and compliant digital environment, focusing on content removal that aligns with legal frameworks such as the DMCA.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing and analyzing online content and legal requests (on-site at our Lisbon office).

  • Working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (weekends off!).

  • Communicating via email and chat.

  • Working from our modern workspace at LACS Santos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze various types of user-generated content, primarily reviews, but also images, websites, and more.

  • Apply legal frameworks and client-provided guidelines to assess and take appropriate action on reported content.

  • Review legal requests relating to privacy, defamation, fraud, and other concerns.

  • Evaluate requests for validity and ensure accurate processing within set timelines.

  • Stay updated on policies and guidelines relevant to the project.

  • Gain valuable exposure to digital law and online content moderation processes.

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.

  • Up to 12 months of experience in administrative or detail-oriented roles.

  • Familiarity with BPO KPIs is a plus.

  • Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit.

  • Well-organized, with great time management skills.

  • Fast learner who adapts easily to new processes and tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.

  • Tech-savvy and analytical thinker.
