Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Customer Service Representatives in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site). In this role, youll be at the heart of customer experience, helping ensure excellence in service delivery, quality, and operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:

• Handle incoming calls or chats, offering support and information on insurance policies

• Process client requests in the policy administration system

• Respond to customer emails and letters with clear, professional communication

• Manage digital documents and assist with policy updates

• Support clients with claims, payment updates, and cancellation requests

What You Bring to the Table

Youll thrive in this role if you:

• Are fluent in French (C2) and English (B2)

• Have prior experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)

• Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and diplomacy

• Are proactive, motivated, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
