Job Description

  • Manage customer inquiries through various channels including phone calls, chat, social media, and email, offering insights and assistance with the new products.

  • Offer solutions to customer queries, resolve technical issues, and provide detailed product information.

  • Provide proactive guidance to both new and existing customers through outbound calls, helping them maximize their experience with products.

  • Assist customers with navigating and making purchases on the online store.

  • Stay informed on product updates, marketing initiatives, and industry regulations.

  • Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.

Prerequisites

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Excellent Italian language skills, both verbal and written.

  • Good knowledge of English.

  • Familiarity with computer applications (MS Windows, Internet, etc.).

  • A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Integrity and a strong sense of accountability when handling customer information.

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
