Salary is EUR 1,100 per month gross with bonuses

Job Description:

  • Assist customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, chat, social media, and email, providing them with valuable insights about the new generation of products.

  • Help resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter.

  • Reach out to new and existing customers, offering guidance on product usage and ensuring they get the most out of their purchases.

  • Support customers in navigating the online store to make informed buying decisions.

  • Stay updated on product developments, marketing strategies, and any relevant policy or regulatory changes.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, always striving to exceed expectations.

Prerequisites:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Portuguese (both verbal and written)

  • Good command of English

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Windows, internet applications, etc.)

  • A positive attitude and friendly demeanor

  • Eagerness to learn new skills and grow professionally

  • Integrity and responsibility in handling sensitive information

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
