About the Client
Our client is a leading global social media platform.
Your Role

Support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone

Assist clients in growing their presence through digital advertising tools

Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service products

Deliver top-tier product and tool support to enhance customer satisfaction

Identify trends and proactively resolve challenges for SMB clients

Offer timely solutions and keep clients informed throughout the process

Share product insights and customer feedback with internal teams

Help clients maximize their success with tailored recommendations
What You'll Bring

Native-level fluency in French

Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level)

Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms

At least one year of experience in customer support or a similar role

Strong verbal, written, and listening skills

Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset

Experience in a call center or fast-paced service environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends on rotation
