Salary is EUR 1,250 per month gross with bonuses

What You'll Do

  • Support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) as they grow and thrive through multiple communication channels including chat, email, and phone

  • Help expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients within the digital advertising space

  • Deliver exceptional pre- and post-sales support for self-service products

  • Provide expert guidance and support on tools and products to enhance the client experience

  • Identify patterns, provide creative solutions, and assist SMBs with challenges

  • Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

  • Share valuable feedback and insights from customers to help improve product development

What You'll Need

  • Native Dutch speaker

  • Strong command of English (B2 level)

  • Knowledge of social media and digital advertising platforms

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Adaptable, fast learner, and enthusiastic about helping businesses grow

  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends on a rotation

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus
