About the Role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for French-speaking users of a leading digital health platform. Your mission: support users with technical questions, guide them through product features, and help them navigate their health journey with compassion and clarity.
Your Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat from users in French.

Assist users with account management, appointment scheduling, and general troubleshooting.

Educate users on the platforms features, best practices, and healthcare resources.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Maintain high-quality service standards in a regulated, sensitive environment.

Act as a brand ambassadorempathic, knowledgeable, and customer-centric.
What You Need to Succeed

Fluent in French (C1/C2) and comfortable communicating in English (B2 or higher).

Experience in customer service or a client-facing rolepreferably in healthcare, tech, or support environments.

Excellent communication skills, with a calm and professional demeanor.

Good tech skillsyoure confident navigating multiple systems and learning new tools.

A desire to help others and contribute to digital health innovation.

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.
