What youll do:

• Become a digital expert through comprehensive product training

• Advise businesses on enhancing their reputation and understanding customer search behaviors

• Assist businesses in boosting their online visibility through the worlds most popular search engine

• Investigate issues thoroughly to find solutions or escalate more complex cases

• Potentially promote complementary products to existing customers

What youll bring:

• Strong Finnish language skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Good communication skills in English

• Proficiency with desktop systems, internet applications, and MS Office

• Familiarity with Google products (Google Maps, Google Cloud tools like Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

• Knowledge of Chrome OS & Android Operating systems
