Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Assist customers with inbound inquiries, ensuring relevant case information is documented

Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through assistance with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support, using multiple channels

Handle customer escalations as needed, collaborating with other team members to resolve issues

Work closely with other technicians to efficiently close help tickets
