What You Will Do in This Role
As a Legal Back-Office Advisor, you will:

Ensure that transport operators are adhering to passenger rights.

Assess the customers unique situation and manage legal claims with thorough treatment and follow-up.

Collaborate with legal professionals, including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies, to accurately assess customer claims.
Your Qualifications
Wed be a great match if you:

Have a high proficiency in French (C2) and fluency in English (B2).

Possess excellent communication skills.
-
Have prior experience in customer service or as a tourism/travel representative (a plus).

Are proactive, self-motivated, and a fantastic team player.
