Were looking for a motivated and data-driven Campaign Specialist to join a vibrant team in Barcelona. You'll be working directly with a portfolio of new clients, helping them launch their first online advertising campaigns and making a real impact on their businesses.

What Youll Do

• Be a trusted consultant for clients as they build and develop their PPC campaigns

• Understand customer goals and tailor solutions to meet their needs

• Drive increased campaign investment and long-term client growth

• Manage a high volume of client interactions via phone on a daily basis

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree or equivalent (Masters in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising

• Passion for meeting and exceeding goals related to performance, compliance, and client satisfaction

• Excellent communication skills to effectively pitch ideas and create persuasive proposals

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• A proactive, customer-centric attitude with a genuine interest in digital solutions

• Team player who thrives in a fast-moving and ever-evolving environment

• Native-level German and a high level of English
