Your Role:

As a Customer Support Advisor for a renowned travel company, you'll be the bridge between global travelers and accommodation providers. Your main goal will be to ensure every customer receives outstanding support and clear, helpful guidance.

Youll handle customer inquiries through phone and email, offering assistance with services, payments, and technical details while following established processes.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Icelandic (C2 level) and strong English skills

  • Excellent communication abilities both written and spoken

  • Comfortable using Office 365, CRM systems, and internal platforms

  • A natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude

  • A positive, resilient mindset when navigating customer challenges

  • Goal-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities

  • Interest or experience in travel and accommodation platforms

  • Previous experience in customer service or contact centers is a plus

  • Able to work from both the office and home (within 100km of the office)

What Youll Get:

Contract Details:

  • 38.5 hours/week (Monday to Sunday)

  • Available shift: 15:0023:00

  • Temporary contract
