What Youll Be Doing

Do you love helping others and making their day easier? In this position, youll provide the support and answers customers need, ensuring they feel heard and cared for.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries

  • Researching and providing accurate solutions

  • Demonstrating knowledge of products and services to help customers resolve their concerns

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Fluency in German and English

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)

  • 6+ months of customer service experience

  • A knack for using technology

  • Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, and gain work authorization
