Salary is EUR 1,100 per month gross with bonuses

Were excited to expand our collaboration with one of the top five global information technology companies, and now, were looking for talented individuals to join our Czech customer experience team. Youll have the chance to support customers from the Czech Republic, with comprehensive training provided by certified instructors.

What you will do:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email

  • Track and follow up on cases to ensure theyre resolved efficiently and in a timely manner

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a top global brand

  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for mobile devices (phones, tablets, and more)

  • Help customers manage and secure their accounts & passwords

  • Set up repairs for hardware-related issues

  • Escalate unresolved cases to second-level support experts

  • Ensure consistent high levels of customer satisfaction

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in Czech

  • Advanced English proficiency

  • Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or comparable technology is a plus

  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
