Eligibility Requirement: You must be an EU citizen, hold a passport from the Schengen zone/EU, or possess a valid Greek residence permit (or a certificate of electronic submission, formerly blue paper) to begin the recruitment process.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Responding to business customers' inquiries and resolving technical issues.

  • Collaborating and escalating when necessary to ensure high-quality support.

  • Keeping stakeholders informed with clear, effective communication.

  • Logging cases accurately and staying up-to-date with the latest products and services.

  • Managing inquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and care.

  • Providing expert technical assistance while driving efficiency across billing platforms.

  • Maintaining strong relationships by addressing questions and concerns promptly.

  • Investigating and resolving root causes of issues to ensure satisfaction.

What Youll Bring:

  • Fluency in Hebrew and strong English communication skills.

  • A solid foundation in Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer Science.

  • Excellent problem-solving and soft skills.

  • Experience in helpdesk, system administration, or support for medium-to-large businesses is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C support roles.

  • Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Technical expertise in:

    • Windows Operating Systems

    • Networking (LAN/WAN)

    • Microsoft Productivity Suite

    • Directory Services / Active Directory

    • Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Teams

  • Certifications like MCSE or Cisco are considered a bonus.
