Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! You've got to be located in Greece.

Salary is EUR 1,500 per month gross with bonuses

We are on a rapid growth path and are seeking a like-minded individual to join our Customer Service team, someone who is fluent in Dutch and dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers every day.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Communicating with customers via email, chat, and phone to address product or service inquiries.

• Advising customers on how to properly use their electric appliances.

• Efficiently handling customer concerns, identifying needs, and resolving issues.

• Ensuring corrections and adjustments are made, following up to guarantee resolution.

• Assisting with refunds, exchanges, and order placements.

Wed love to see:

• Fluency in Dutch.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Experience in customer support or troubleshooting.

• Strong communication skills, including active listening.

• Experience in the household appliance or commercial equipment industry is a bonus.

• Comfort with basic technology tools.

• A positive, proactive attitude that shines through every interaction.
