We're hiring Customer Service Representatives in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) to support a leading client in the finance sector. In this role, youll use your communication and problem-solving skills to provide top-notch service, contribute to continuous improvement, and ensure client standards are met.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day will include:

Supporting customers via phone, email, chat, or social media

Answering questions about account setup, features, and functionality

Troubleshooting technical issues like login or payment problems

Guiding users through verification and onboarding processes

Creating a positive experience with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

Escalating more complex issues to senior teams when needed
What We're Looking For
You're a great match if you:

Are fluent in Spanish (oral and written) and have strong English skills (C1)

Are tech-savvy and familiar with mobile apps and online platforms

Have a natural ability to understand and resolve customer concerns

Possess solid analytical and troubleshooting skills

Have previous experience in customer service or support (preferred but not required)
