Your Role

  • Deliver friendly and effective support via phone, email, and chat for customers using insulin pumps and related products

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about medical devices and their features

  • Guide customers in connecting their insulin pumps to smartphone apps

  • Handle every interaction with empathy and professionalism

  • Help customers get the most from their medical devices with clear, supportive instructions

  • Document interactions in the SAP CRM system to ensure follow-up and resolution

  • Collaborate with advanced support teams to resolve complex cases

  • Keep customer records up to date and support database management

  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and continued success with their products

  • Manage returns and resolve complaints in line with company policies

What You Bring

  • Native-level Czech and a good command of English (minimum B2 level)

  • A high school diploma

  • The ability to remain calm and helpful, even in stressful situations

  • Confidence using customer management systems (like CRM tools) and Microsoft Office

  • A strong sense of empathy and a genuine desire to help others

  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset
