Your Role

Deliver friendly and effective support via phone, email, and chat for customers using insulin pumps and related products

Provide accurate and helpful information about medical devices and their features

Guide customers in connecting their insulin pumps to smartphone apps

Handle every interaction with empathy and professionalism

Help customers get the most from their medical devices with clear, supportive instructions

Document interactions in the SAP CRM system to ensure follow-up and resolution

Collaborate with advanced support teams to resolve complex cases

Keep customer records up to date and support database management

Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and continued success with their products

Manage returns and resolve complaints in line with company policies
What You Bring

Native-level Czech and a good command of English (minimum B2 level)

A high school diploma

The ability to remain calm and helpful, even in stressful situations

Confidence using customer management systems (like CRM tools) and Microsoft Office

A strong sense of empathy and a genuine desire to help others
