Your Role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Take an active role in seeking initiatives to enhance services and improve the overall user experience.

• Review, audit, and moderate content for both end customers and copyright.

• Actively monitor user behaviors and ensure adherence to Social Media guidelines.

• Analyze reports based on protocols and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards.

• Serve as a key moderator between Social Media users, ensuring context-sensitive decisions align with company guidelines.

• Make independent decisions on sensitive or business-critical issues.

What Were Looking For

• Are fluent in both German (C1) and English (B2).

• Have at least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar field.

• Possess strong customer service skills.

• Can tolerate repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, high-production environment.

• Are a team player, as well as able to work independently.

• Can multitask, think critically, and communicate effectively.

• Are a quick learner and diligent worker.
