What you will do:

  • Provide top-tier technical support to Business Customers, troubleshooting and resolving their technical issues

  • Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently address customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with key stakeholders, keeping them updated on the resolution status of their issues

  • Log cases on internal systems and stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft products and services

  • Handle inquiries via multiple communication channels, ensuring a positive and productive interaction

  • Offer in-depth technical assistance, identifying ways to improve efficiency across multiple platforms

  • Build strong relationships with Business Customers, responding to their inquiries with speed and professionalism

  • Investigate the root cause of issues, providing solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction

What you will bring:

  • Fluency in French

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and soft skills

  • A solid background in Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer Science

  • 2-3 years of experience in helpdesk or system administration roles, particularly with medium to large businesses

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products

  • Business Client support experience (both B2B and B2C)

  • Active listening skills with the ability to ask the right questions and provide value-added recommendations

  • Technical knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, networking, Microsoft productivity tools, Active Directory, and administration of tools such as Exchange, Outlook, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and Teams

  • Certifications such as MCSE or Cisco are a plus
