Salary is EUR 1,200 per month gross with bonuses

Were thrilled to expand our collaboration with one of the Big Five IT companies, and were looking for you to join our French customer experience team. Youll have the chance to support customers from French-speaking countries after receiving comprehensive training from certified instructors.

What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email

• Track and manage cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while representing a major brand

• Troubleshoot issues with mobile devices (phones, tablets, and more)

• Assist customers with account management and password security

• Coordinate repairs for hardware-related issues

• Escalate complex issues to second-level support when necessary

• Ensure every customer experience is a positive one

What you will bring:

• Fluency in French

• Advanced English skills

• Familiarity with iOS, MacOS, or similar technologies is a plus

• Excellent communication abilities

• Previous customer support experience is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
