What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Assist clients with inquiries about their insurance policies through calls or chats

  • Process requests by entering data into our client policy administration system or by sending necessary documents, such as information, contract documents, etc.

  • Manage the indexing and electronic archiving of documents in our system

  • Handle policy change requests and update payment details

  • Process claims and cancellations

Your qualifications

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Are fluent in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (B2)

  • Have previous customer experience (preferred but not required)

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous approach

  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
