Your Role:
As an Online Sports Support Consultant, you'll be a key point of contact for customersdelivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support across various channels including calls, live chat, email, and social media. Whether helping with account setup, technical guidance, or platform navigation, your goal is to make every customer interaction smooth and successful.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Be the Expert: Act as a trusted advisor to customers with a passion for sports.

  • Solve with Confidence: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-tier support across multiple platforms.

  • Communicate Clearly: Build trust through positive, interactive communication.

  • Deliver Excellence: Provide outstanding service while aligning with policies and best practices.

  • Help Us Grow: Share feedback and ideas to continuously improve internal processes.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in German, Romanian, or Bulgarian, plus a good command of English

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Interest in sports and digital platforms

  • Solid typing and computer literacy (MS Office familiarity is a plus)

  • Ability to simplify complex topics for others

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Positive team spirit and proactive attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience is a bonus, but not required

  • Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts
