What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone to users.

  • Troubleshoot user issues with the platform, offering guidance and solutions.

  • Educate users on the platform's features and help them get the most out of their websites.

  • Work closely with product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with new program features and updates to provide accurate support.

  • Collect and relay user feedback to improve the overall user experience.

Your qualifications

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2).

  • Have experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar role.

  • Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Are tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and patience when assisting users.

  • Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus.
